The back story of me! 

Hi there! 

From the outside, it’s always looked like I’ve had it together. No one really knew the pain or struggle I dealt with internally from a young girl. 

While my childhood was characterized by love, it was also marked by the absence of a father, financial constraints, and a sense of not belonging. Growing up in the 80s, in Western Sydney, within a single-parent household was challenging on its own, but being perceived as "different" from other kids in various aspects made it even more difficult. Internally, I grappled with these struggles, constantly battling hurtful words and bullying, overlooking the gaps in my life, and striving relentlessly to gain approval and acceptance from others.

Consequently, I found myself on a journey where I became a passive people pleaser, consistently prioritising others' feelings and needs over my own. Yet, amidst this, I battled an internal urge for something greater, something grander, and a longing to become more than what I was. I craved acceptance, sought emotional and financial stability, and held a deep belief that there was more within me I hadn’t tapped into yet. I made the decision - I wanted a DIFFERENT life than I experienced as a child.

I immersed myself in the world of Personal Development from my late teens, eagerly absorbing its teachings and swiftly witnessing transformative shifts in my own life. It was amplified when I came across "The Secret," a film by Rhonda Byrne based on The Law Of Attraction in 2007. Suddenly, I comprehended that things, people, and events were drawn into my life for a purpose. For the very first time, my desires became crystal clear. I yearned to assist others in manifesting the life they envisioned, to attract everything they longed for.

Starting my career in the health and fitness industry, I witnessed numerous individuals undergo physical transformations. I became intrigued by the factors that distinguished those who achieved lasting results from those who didn't. Why did one person maintain their new way of living while another reverted, regardless of their motivation level or the coaching they received? This curiosity led me to explore life coaching, delving into the mindset crucial for goal achievement.

Over 28 years and with thousands of clients under my belt, I integrated the principles of life coaching and personal development with my fitness clientele. However, the persistent gap between those who succeeded and those who didn't remained. There was something elusive yet essential missing from the equation.

Life became incredibly busy after meeting the love of my life and having our two beautiful girls. We embarked on the challenging yet fulfilling journey of building a martial arts business from the ground up. Over the span of 13 years, we poured our hearts into growing the business, impacting the lives of children, teenagers, adults, and entire families. Our training programs not only focused on self-defence techniques but also integrated essential life skills and personal development strategies.

During our peak, we successfully managed a full-time training centre and oversaw four licensed clubs. Through our dedication, we trained and influenced thousands of community members, guiding hundreds of students to achieve the prestigious rank of Black Belts across Western Sydney. {Fun fact! I hold a 5th Dan Black Belt and am currently the highest rank female in Australia in Hapkido Moohakkwan!} However, in the blink of an eye, our familiar life took an unexpected turn, and the business we had passionately built was forced to close its doors.

The pandemic struck and everything changed. Uncertain about the duration of the closures and lacking support from the landlord, we had no choice but to make the difficult decision to close our academy. To maintain my mental resilience, I delved inward, seeking methods, techniques, and strategies to cope with a situation beyond my control. Like many others worldwide, this period was exceptionally challenging. My solace came from immersing myself in personal development, learning techniques that fundamentally transformed my mindset.

Prior to the pandemic, I started a network marketing business within the realm of personal development. Ironically, I hadn't initially recognized it as a network marketing endeavour, a business type I would never have considered suitable for me. Had I been aware, I might have hesitated to start. Nevertheless, because it aligned with my passion for personal development, I chose to overlook the stigma associated with network marketing. I dedicated myself wholeheartedly, putting in immense effort and determination, pushing through challenges with unwavering commitment. Although there might not have been bloodshed, there were certainly plenty of sweat and tears involved.

I absolutely loved and believed in the products I promoted, relished attending company seminars, and cherished the connections I made. Financially, the business brought me success. However, after four and a half years, I realised my true passion and purpose didn’t align with this particular business model. My deep-seated passion lay in assisting others in overcoming limiting beliefs and trauma, a path I had navigated and learned from in my own journey. I remained acutely aware of the persistent gap between those achieving results and those trapped in the cycle of repetitive attempts without resulting in transformative change.

Driven by my desire to help others, I made the decision to step away from my network marketing business. This choice marked a pivotal moment, leading me to reinvent both myself and my business.

People often say that nothing occurs unless you're capable of handling it. However, there are moments when unexpected events transpire, leaving you uncertain about how you'll ever find the strength to move forward.

It was at the crucial juncture in my life of leaving my network marketing business and reinventing myself, that our family experienced a deeply traumatic personal event. Once more, our existence changed in the blink of an eye. Although I can't go into details yet due to ongoing legal proceedings, I hope to share my story someday. This incident acted as a powerful catalyst, propelling me into a profound exploration again of my beliefs, past traumas, and self. It triggered feelings, beliefs and thoughts I believed I had processed but ultimately hadn’t. It was this experience that pushed me to delve deeper within, enabling me to confront the situation, and ultimately reprogram my subconscious so that I could emerge on the other side.

I firmly believe it's my purpose and passion to guide others in taking charge and elevating their lives, regardless of past trauma, challenges, or ingrained beliefs. By mastering the art of reprogramming the mind, limitless possibilities unfold, allowing you to shape your own journey. 

My signature program, "Unleash The Next Level You," embodies my life's work, encapsulating the invaluable lessons I've learned from trauma, pain, failures, and heartbreak. It comprises the principles, strategies, and proven techniques I've utilized to completely rewrite my own story, reprogram beliefs and my subconscious identity.

Now, I reside in a realm of peace and control, having achieved lasting, transformative change. This change has empowered me to craft a life that I once deemed impossible. I am dedicated to sharing these transformative tools, empowering others to unleash their potential and design the lives they truly desire.
